Quinta. In addition to writing and performing the most beautiful, memorable
ceremony
(many of our guests told us it was the best ceremony they had ever
witnessed!),
Cathy acted as our wedding/event planner, providing us with
extremely useful contact information for vendors in the area, assisting us
with our flowers, cake, lighting,
transportation, lodging and many other
wedding-related details.
You just can't
underestimate the importance of having a wedding planner who is knowledgeable
about the various vendors in the area, particularly if you're planning a
destination wedding.
Cathy is so organized and thorough, as well as a
creative source of brainstorming ideas.
She is also very flexible and
comfortable with both traditional
and non-traditional wedding elements. She also had a wonderful
calming effect on us in the weeks leading up to, and on the day of, the

help planning and managing the entire wedding event. Every package is
completely customized to include the services you need to make your event
extraordinary! We starting with helping you to define your priorities and
visualize your dreams, we then help you to set your budget and allocate
resources appropriately. We provide assistance in finding your venue,
interviewing, hiring and negotiating the right contract with every vendor,
creating the perfect décor for your wedding event, managing all pre and post
wedding events, assisting with transportation and accommodations, developing
and managing any favors and gifts, and keeping you relaxed to enjoy your
wedding fully and completely!

is pleased to provide “Over the Rainbow” Wedding Planning and
Management Services for discerning clients. Planning fees are based
on the number of guests, complexity of the event, the event location and
your event budget. Every package is completely customized to meet your
needs and is based on the following the number of guests, event details
and your event budget. “Over the Rainbow” Wedding Planning packages range
from $5000 - $20,000.
Wedding Officiating Services are also available at no
additional cost. Wedding officiating by Dr. Rev. Cathy O’Connell provides
you with a completely customized and unique ceremony delivered by one of the
best wedding officiants in Southern California.

Partial Wedding
Design & Planning
Celebrations of Joy provides
Partial Wedding Design & Planning services to help couples who may
have already hired some of your vendors, or chosen your venue, and
planned some of the wedding elements, yet need assistance to bring the
entire event together, create the complete design and feel of the wedding,
finalize details, and manage the wedding weekend. These services
include:

is pleased to provide our “Wonderful World” Wedding Planning Services
for discerning clients. Planning fees are customized for each event and are
based on the number of guests, complexity of the event, the event location
and your event budget. “Wonderful World” Wedding Planning packages range
from $3000 -$6000.
Wedding Officiating Services
are available for an additional $500 providing you with a completely
customized and unique ceremony delivered by one of the best wedding
officiants in Southern California.

Month-Of-Wedding Management services to help couples who have
already hired their vendors, and planned many of the wedding elements, yet
